If a participant engages in any harassing behaviour, the organizers will take steps to stop this behaviour, including warning the offender or expelling the offender from the event with no refund. Participants asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to comply immediately.

If you are being harassed, are a witness of any harassing behaviour, or have any other concerns, please contact the members of event staff immediately. Please don´t be afraid to ask for help or speak up for someone if you think he/she is being harassed.

We ask all participants to treat each other with respect and keep dancing social-floor friendly. Please be respectful and accept „no“ when asking for a dance. Be equally kind declining the dance.

To provide a more comfortable dance experience to your fellow dancers we ask all dancers to take care of your personal hygiene. If necessary, bring an extra change of clothes, deodorant or a towel.

We are expecting cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everybody. Event staff will be ready and happy to help and assist those experiencing harassment so they can feel safe for the duration of the event. We value your attendance and your safety.

Please help us to create a safe and friendly event and thank you for respecting this code of conduct.
